When it comes to paintball, quality definitely matters whether or not you are a sniper or straight up combatant. The Tippmann paint guns are a very high quality, and cheap. The Tippman 98 custom would probably be your best purchase if you had about 180 dollars yeah thats not that cheap but you cant get much better performance for that much money. The options that you have with the custom are second to none. If you know where to look then you can find every cheap upgrades and equipment for your Tippmann. For any beginner paintball player I personally would recommend the 98C not only because I use it but it is really a simple gun to use and the amounts of tech you can get for it is amazing. Idk many other guns out there because I ave only had a Tippmann, but if you know of any gun that is a good buy but cheap then I would like to know and I will check it out.
